BioI live in Minnesota with my husband Ira. We belong to: Mr. B. Jun, our tiger-striped kitty who is always causing mischief, Princess Anabelle, our beautiful saint bernard who is sweet as she can be, and a little naughty at times, Mr. Snickers, our three-year-old boxer pup who is precious as ever, but quite the handful. One might say he is the first person to be able to hone down my collection of 500+ pairs of shoes. Finally there's CoCo Chanel, our miniature black poodle - our most expensive dog and our most michievious.
I work at a non-profit organization as a web designer, (I love my job) and Ira is a high risk auto insurance agent (his is more stressful). We couldn't be more different, but I love him dearly - you could say he is the prince I finally found after kissing so many toads!
I'm also a Puerto Rican mom who's interests are quite varied: To name a few: I'm a little political, a little (I've been told) off the wall, a lot into baseball, photography, computers & gaming, maybe a little geeky at times, I love to shop, and am totally obsessed with the color pink, or rather "pync" :)
There aren't too many things I dislike, and even less that I hate... but I will tell you my biggest one, which is our current administration and the narrow-minded BS politics that have spewed from it. And NO - I'm still not over the farce of the United States 2000 presidential election where the Supreme Court appointed us a president instead of letting us elect one like we're supposed to do and I don't have any respect for the person who acts as our president. You could say I am counting the days until he finally leaves the position he never earned in the first place.
Okay! Glad to get that off my chest! I love the Internet and all the things I've found on it, including Ira. Oh - and did I mention I was obsessed with the color pink? ;) If you want to friend me - feel free - I love meeting new people and I have a special place in my heart for the friends that I have made on LJ.
